Advantages of the JUMAG NEMO hot water boiler
Space-saving
Thanks to its compact design, the NEMO takes up less space than conventional boilers and offers you additional room for your ideas.
Low costs
The NEMO can be operated efficiently. It utilises a closed water circuit. This means you not only save on the purchase costs, but also on the running costs for water. In addition, there is no need for expensive water treatment.
Low maintenance effort
You do not need any peripheral devices such as ASG or WAM. This makes operating the NEMO particularly straightforward and requires only minimal maintenance.
Basic equipment NEMO
- Hot water boiler (DG series)
- Burner
- Double-walled pressure vessel in the design of a small water chamber boiler
- Self-explanatory touch screen control
- Integrated electrical cabinet
- Safety components: Safety valve, overpressure cut-off, minimum pressure cut-off, hot water overtemperature cut-off, low water cut-off, flow monitoring
Not included in the scope of delivery:
- Circulation pump
- Expansion vessel
JUMAG NEMO hot water boiler in detail
Functionality of the hot water boiler
Why do JUMAG hot water boilers require minimal maintenance and boast maximum energy efficiency? They utilise a closed water circuit and run without peripheral devices.
The hot water generator is part of a closed system in which pressurised water is continuously circulated by the boiler pump.
The burner is controlled depending on the flow temperature.
Heat is transferred from the flue gas via the hot water generator to the water through multiple flue gas ducts.
As the system pressure of the entire hot water network is constantly above the saturation steam pressure, water temperatures of 110°C or more are reached in the boiler.
