Use by winemakers

For example, our steam systems support winegrowers with seasonal harvesting and processing, as they only have to clean the wine filter once a year.

Use on construction sites

In order to be able to continue construction work even at low temperatures, the temporary hire of steam systems in winter is a good option. For example, for gravel production sites that steam gravel piles in winter to prevent them from freezing.

The JUMAG rental process in detail

Advice and offer

● Customised advice and preparation of a quotation.
● Cost calculation: rental costs, transport, maintenance costs.

Preparation

For the successful commissioning of a fossil fuelled steam system, certain preparations must be made in advance.

● A suitable access road must be available so that the system can be unloaded and set up without any problems.
● Electrical systems require a three-phase connection with 400 V and 50 Hz as well as a 230 V AC 50 Hz power supply.
● Potential equalisation is also absolutely essential.

Infrastructure requirements

Before a steam system can be installed, various infrastructure requirements must be checked and prepared:

● Water supply: Ensuring a continuous supply of water
● Blow-down pipe: installation of a pipe for the safe discharge of waste products
● Steam and condensate lines: Laying pipes for steam and condensate
● Safety and ventilation pipework: Implementation of pipework for venting and safety
● Power supply: Ensuring a stable power supply
● Oil supply: Ensuring the oil supply for fossil fuels
● Connection of the flue gas stacks: Setting up the flue gas stacks for the system
