Georges Bruck writes a success story: with two DG560 steam generators in cascade

Since 1852, the Georges Bruck company has been dedicated to the production of foie gras in Strasbourg and is the last independent family foie gras producer in Alsace. In search of a replacement for their over 30-year-old steam boiler, the company finally worked with JUMAG in January 2022. By replacing the old steam boiler with two JUMAG DG560 steam generators, the manufactory was able to achieve not only a more user-friendly operation, but also additional gas savings of 20%.
