About Georges Bruck
Founded in 1852, Georges Bruck is the last independent family foie gras company in Strasbourg. The company, which employs 25 people, has been producing foie gras creations for five generations. The company has been working with JUMAG since 2022.
The challenge: A reliable steam boiler to supply energy to the production machines
In order to continue supplying its production machines with energy efficiently, foie gras manufacturer Georges Bruck needed a reliable replacement for its steam boiler, which was over 30 years old.
The manufacturing quality, the reliability of the appliance, the customer service and the proximity of the steam boiler manufacturer were particularly important to the customer.
